Content: ABC Realty provides listing photos, text and brand assets within 5 business days of kickoff. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, CRM subscription, premium plugins) are billed to ABC Realty directly. Support: 30 days of bug fixes after launch. Ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly plan. Ownership: the website, design files and logins are handed over once the balance is paid.
